Hi, I had over $5 credit yesterday, and i only use pay per traffic on FFXIV. Full VPN mode is always off. The credits used to last for years of usage. But today I found my credit to be -$0.93. I checked my traffic, it seems that somehow it used over 72GB of traffic today alone on ‘International Traffic’. This is first time for me and I am dumbfounded. Is there a way to fix this? And why did this happened?

I turned on WFP mode and credit saving mode after reading some other posts.
Can I please get my credit refunded?

First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents. However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
