Credit via Mobile App not reflected in account

HI! I just bought credit via the Mudfish mobile app but it did not reflect to my Mudfish account. What do I do? Thanks.

Sorry for this inconvenience. Which payment method did you use? Android In-App Purchase? or Apple Pay? If possible, please show us the receipt got after your payment.
