Hi, my credits has been used up even though I was not running FFXIV or any other games, but i left it on overnight with my computer running. Connection is Item based and I do have connection log on if you require them. Could i get a reverse on the data that was unintentionally drained? Thanks.
First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.
However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
