I am happy to finally have figured out Mudfish! I’m sorry if this turns out to be a silly error on my part. But i have to learn!
Though I’m surprised because i swear i disconnected the session by pressing the red button “disconnect”
but when i woke up today, my credits are spent from 24gb to 12gb. I’m so sad and torn what did i do wrong?
I made sure that the red button turned green and that “the mudfish is not running” button was showing up again. This is what my dashboard looked like when i went to sleep
Please visit ‘Account → Edit profile’ menu to enable the Connection Log feature to see where your traffics were used. You can find it at Sign In - MUDFISH: Acceleration As a Service link.
At this moment I don’t know why because as default we’re not doing any kind of logging to trace your traffics for privacy protection. So after enabling it, you can see connection logs at ‘Status → Access Log’.
For your convenience, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
I appreciate you guys being respectful of privacy. I’ve turned my logs on.
I will observe from here and hopefully it doesn’t happen again!
Thank you so much for your help. Do you know btw, if the status or remaining credits is real time? (well not real time but when we refresh RRT will it show the accurate credit left?) or is there a delay and the real balance can show an hour later?
For this case, please check FAQ - Credits. Charging mudfish credits isn’t based on the realtime. It could take up to at least 30 minutes to 2 hours after turning off Mudfish program.
