Credits gone in a snap

Today i checked my credits and everything is gone.

I have 45gb remaining i only used it like twice this month.

It also happened last time I topped up. But I did not report it because it was really weird I was at like half my usage only that time (around 25gb left) and everything was gone when I viewed it.

But this time I can’t let it slip because I just topped up and now everything is gone.

Please help. Thank you

First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.

However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
