Credits not showing. Topped up, and still not showing

Hi,

I was playing World of Warcraft and got disconnected. Checked mudfish, and it didnt show any credit (as in no number or anything). Thought I used it all up so I topped it up. Credit still turned up empty. Can’t connect at all. Please help.

@Matthias Did you use Full VPN mode before? When I checked your account, it seems recently you consumed a lot of traffics. So it looks it’s the reason why you can’t see your mudfish credits.
