Currently unable to connect to Phantasy Star Online 2 and encountering error 709 which means I’m region blocked. Can be solve temporarily via Full VPN mode though. Can something be done to solve this?
strange i use node tokyo and can connect and play normally in pso2.

I don’t play with proxy at all before, always on VPN.
Are you meaning that with other mudfish japan nodes except Conoha it works? It means the game publisher blocked the IP zone of Conoha. 
Using NTT3 currently and it works. Conoha only works in Full VPN mode.
