My ip based custom Items randomly disappears and always have to recreate them. Why do they gone from time to time ? I didnt delete anything from the list.
Please visit the item configuration menu and make sure that “Auto Refresh” is ON. As default, the custom item will be expired and deleted after 30 days. So unless it’s on, it’ll be destroyed.
