I currently have a subscription based data plan and want to change to PPT. However, when I try to change my data plan, it shows me a “You can’t change the data plan.” message even though the date should be allowing me to change my data plan.
No problem. 
I’d changed your data plan to PPT (Pay Per Traffic) and reset your changeable date too. If you’d like to change it back I think you can do it again.
