Hello, I would like to request a refund for a PayPal payment that is still pending. I don’t want to complete the PayPal confirmation process, and I’m planning to pay using another method instead.

Sorry for this issue with Mudfish. However when I checked your payment status, its status on Paypal is TXN_IN_PENDING_REVIEW.
So it’s under Paypal’s review and no refund button availablt to click for your payment. So I think I can handle your refund request when Paypal’s review is completed. Please allow some days until it’s done.

can you guys just cancel it already? im going to pay another way anyway, im also wondering if u can still buy credits if theres already a pending payment is it possible?
No we can’t. It seems Paypal doesn’t enable “Refund” button if the payment is under their payment review. So I can’t find any Refund button for your payment.
It should be possible. Please let me know if there’s any issue.
