Hi I have registered an account with my email, but i did not receive the verification email to get the free trial credits. May i know how can i receive the verification email?

I also did not recieve an email. I am also having trouble figuring things out and how to use it. Maybe all options are unavailable because i have not paid as of yet, but i kind of wanted to see if/how it actually works before i go ahead and pay.
