I’m using Mudfish for discord, however I noticed my ping in Marvel Rivals is affected too. Why is this happening?

Thank you. I believe WFP item mode has solved the issue, but its causing high ping for discord. Can you achieve a similar result by using Exclude rules? if so I need a guide please.
