Dns filtering not working with mudfish

Hi, i was wondering how to use a dns like 1.1.1.3 to block explicit content with mudfish vpn ? it seems to bybass the filter and i can’t figure out how to disable that.

even if i don’t run the vpn it just bybasses the filters.
I used the dns for all network adapters and still bybasses the filters.
