Do you have a node at 85.203.15.39 or same datacentre? i got very good pings for ESO EU when I used Express VPN over that node.

:-( When I checked this 85.203.15.39 IP, it seems it's the re-assigned IP range to ExpressVPN and it looks it's dedicated line. I'll check whether the provider offers the server leasing though it seems it's not.

For some reason, my ping to 85.203.15.39 has increased to a level that is no longer feasible for me to use the last 2 days. So please close this ticket.
