DotA 2 packet loss (Singapore and Japan Server)

Hi Mudfish,

Im using mudfish playing DotA 2 in Singapore server but recently Im now getting packet loss within 30secs to 1minute. Is there any problem in VPN?

Frankly I don’t know at this moment. Did you try to change a mudfish node based on FAQ - Nodes section for your game item? If you’re using the advanced mode, please start with the basic mode.

@weongyo Im always using basic mode. BTW already tried the advance but same problem. Is this an account or IP problem? Is there a way to reset/restart my account?

I don’t think this issue is related with your account or IP. Might be more related with your ISP network or international network.

Which mudfish nodes did you use? If you’re familiar with WinMTR, please check How to use WinMTR and test to 45.121.184.2 IP. I think it’ll show some mode details.
