Dota 2 Pay Per Traffic Consumption

Hi Mudfish Team.

I had 186JPY on my balance and after playing dota 2, it went to 96JPY. ( I’m using pay per traffic and i’m NOT on full VPN )

My questions are:

  1. Does Dota 2 need that much traffic? Is it possible to get that refunded ?
  2. Can I get some help in getting back to subscription mode ?
