Sorry for the trouble i already paid for per traffic plan i enjoyed it! The Singapore Azure 2 and 3 is not stable i really like that nodes but i am contented with the other nodes.
Let me check Singapore Azure 2 and 3 mudfish nodes. 
It might be that the issue is related with too many users on it because many users are using it…
