Hey, Mudfish had a hiccup today – server went MIA, and I couldn’t even spot my Item. So, I hit the import button for my items. Now, the glitch is, I got charged again due to the re-import, but that’s not what I signed up for. My previous items still had a 20 days left (I’m on a monthly plan). I deleted the old item and kept the newly imported one because it shows there are still 30 days left. I want to get back the extra money I was charged. TY
Sorry for the recent service outage. However I can’t understand your question… When I checked your account, it looks good because:
- No double payments found.
- Your account is properly set for Subscription data plan and equipped the subscription voucher.
- And when I checked your item status, it seems you’re using only the custom items. For these items, Mudfish doesn’t charge a cost at all.
Please review your account again and let me know if there’s something I missed.
