Dear support

After my stupidity of trusting microsoft and their update (KB4577063) … they fucked it up.

My EVGA precision X1 (GPU controller) software also is doomed, and EVGA forum has many reports by few days ago.

I tried to uninstall this windows update. But somehow windows showed an error; saying the uninstall was not performed successfully.

It’s like microsoft says LMAO get fucked, and I reply affirmative

Is there anything I can do beside resetting my PC?

Here is a comment from Microsoft regarding to this issue. They removed their wrong detection on their side but sometimes you need to update your virus-rule definitions on your box. Please check the following instruction:

Please follow the steps below to clear cached detection and obtain the latest malware definitions.

1. Open command prompt as administrator and change directory to C:\Program Files\Windows Defender
2. Run MpCmdRun.exe -removedefinitions -dynamicsignatures
3. Run MpCmdRun.exe -SignatureUpdate

Alternatively, the latest definition is available for download here: Latest security intelligence updates for Microsoft Defender Antivirus and other Microsoft antimalware - Microsoft Security Intelligence

If it doesn’t work for you, please visit Index of /releases/ and try to test with v5.2.4 (previous stable version).

Altho the terminal did not work even after restart, anyway I couldn’t care less about it.
Hope microsoft fix their crap next update
