Here is a comment from Microsoft regarding to this issue. :frowning: They removed their wrong detection on their side but sometimes you need to update your virus-rule definitions on your box. Please check the following instruction:

Please follow the steps below to clear cached detection and obtain the latest malware definitions.

  1. Open command prompt as administrator and change directory to C:\Program Files\Windows Defender
  2. Run MpCmdRun.exe -removedefinitions -dynamicsignatures
  3. Run MpCmdRun.exe -SignatureUpdate

Alternatively, the latest definition is available for download here: Latest security intelligence updates for Microsoft Defender Antivirus and other Microsoft antimalware - Microsoft Security Intelligence

If it doesn’t work for you, please visit Index of /releases/ and try to test with v5.2.4 (previous stable version).
