Just that error is kinda vague to solve the problem imo
May I kindly ask what server are you hosting? Shadowsocks or OpenVPN?
Have you tried pinging your server to know if it is alive/reachable?
Might wanna check the logs if you can, could give you clues as to why.
If ever you confirm that it’s not your server that is the problem then it could be a firewall blocking your connection.
My vps can’t power on.status is INTERNAL_ERROR.
