Error message-No items are currently active. Stop runnin

This started yesterday, I went to log in after choosing my server and node for FF14 and this is the message I’ve been receiving ever since. The game still appears to be in my items list, there is still credit on the account. Searches of the internet and of the forum returned no results.

It was fine the day before, barring the odd disconnect. Any suggestions on what’s causing this and how I can fix it? Thanks!

For this case, please follow the below steps:

  • At dashboard, please click your game item.
  • Move to the configuration.
  • At there, you can see “Active” option. Please enable it first then save it.
