Error MUDEXP_00023: Failed to get information:-2 in android

Hello, i use subscribe data plan for game Granblue Fantasy, and its run well in my desktorp “open game using chrome”. but when i install mudfish in my android it encounter this error “Error MUDEXP_00023: Failed to get information:-2”, i am using node JP Asia (tokyo…).

please help

MUDEXP_00023 means that it failed to get a auth data from the mudfish master server. Are you under network firewall?

how to turn off network firewall in android?

No in android. I meant a network firewall on your ISP level.
