Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1

Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1:8282 dashboard

Connection time exceeded.
Tried to find any solutions but fail.
Tried manually open the page with Firefox and Chrome browsers.
Even tried to reinstall client program and manually delete/uninstall TAP drivers.

Other VPN works fine (openvpn, softether).

Maybe some win.services is required or special router settings?

Win10Pro,TP-Link Archer C7.

Looks like firewall allowing rules, another clean install and another reboot solve the problem.
