Failed to connect to authentication

Hello, I have been getting connection error when using the VPN. is it possible my ip has been blocked? It has been almost 72 hours since I last was able to use on this connection.

I tried logging in using another connection and I was successful. Thank you

This file is found under the installation directory of mudfish (Normally it’s at C:\Program Files (x86)\Mudfish Cloud VPN\).

I need to check the internal logs to know why. However for your privacy protection, please leave the log at Private Support.
