[Feature Request] Routing Exclusion Support

For example, add routing by process name (e.g. “P:Game.exe”). Then exclude certain address such as game update server (e.g. “exc:142.250.76.0/24”).

This would add much more flexibility to people like me using custom profiles. I appreciate if you could implement this feature!
