FFXIV Auto-configuration stuck between 40-48%

Greetings,

i’m a newly subbed user for mudfish. I’m currently using your services for playing Final Fantasy XIV; A Realm Reborn. I think I might have an issue on running the VPN program as the auto-configuration is stuck between 40-48% most of the time. Plus I have trouble in knowing if the VPN is running properly on my device. Is there anyway you could help me with my issue. Please help me, thank you in advance.

Did you check ‘Status → Process’ menu to see “Core” log section? Please check if there’s an error or warning message there.

When I checked your logs at Mudfish side, it seems you’re encountering MUDEC_00748 error. For details, please check the error link.
