Hello, I was going to check my ping to FFXIV Asia (Japan - MANA) server and I noticed the IP is 124.150.157.3 and I can’t get any ping info.
According to https://arrstatus.com/ Mana server’s IP is 124.150.157.156
Does this affect anything?
124.150.157.156 is MANA’s lobby, not the actual game server. The servers current IPs can be found here: FFXIV Detailed Server Status (they occasionally change apparently)
I’m not sure what 124.150.157.3 is supposed to be, maybe one of both “global services” shown on that page.
Pinging the lobby should give pretty much give the same results as pinging the game servers.
Thank you for the info, I tried reinstalling mudfish and sure enough I can see the ping now. I totally forgot I haven’t updated it for a long time.
