FFXIV - Elemental errors and poor latency spikes, suddenly in last week

Hi there,

Since starting my FFXIV journey a few months ago I have been using Mudfish and its been great, I just checked which route to Elemental DC seems best and go with that and its been solid.

Sadly, over this last week, no matter which route I use I end up getting a whole heap of connection issues and when I check the launcher I just see this wall of errors and end up needing to just revert to standard connection and latency.

First suggestions to work on this?
