Using any Nodes (SG/AU/JP even NA), on either Basic (single) or Advanced (multi) method, any traffic to any FFXIV OCE Realm is not tunneled (somehow they all got bypassed), but traffic to other FFXIV Data Centers (JP, NA, EU) does gets tunneled and connected (screenshot from WinMTR included - showing connection to both Tonberry (Elemental, JP) and Ravana (Materia, OCE) using Node Psychz (SG; tried with other nodes, same result)).
RTT Checks and Inquiry does gives the ‘expected’ reduced latency (103ms) - (screenshot included), but no changes was happening and the traffic was not affected at all (268ms), there was not even an indication that the traffic was ‘re-routed’, both from command prompt window (ping) and on WinMTR (for the OCE traffic, changes were visible and happening on the JP Traffic).
Affected IPs: 153.254.80.0 / 24 (tried all known OCE realm IP Address including lobbies, all had no effect).
