Final Fantasy XIV JP Servers - Formal Request to update to new IP 119.252.37.58 (all current JP nodes are not working)

With the Patch 6.55 last Tuesday, January 16, 2024, the infrastructural changes to the Japanese servers enacted an actual IP change. It can be found here:

TL;DR
Old IP: 124.150.157.158
New IP: 119.252.37.x

This is formally requesting the Mudfish Tech support to immediately enact the change to the NEW IP in the following servers as the current state of Mudfish is not working at all since Mudfish is still using the old IP:

  • Asia (Japan - ELEMENTAL)
  • Asia (Japan - GAIA)
  • Asia (Japan - MANA)
  • Asia (Japan - Meteor)

Requesting as well to all players in these servers to comment here that you are impacted for consolidated visibility of the devs.

hope the mudfish team see these posts and update the configuration.
for now, I think we can just use the full vpn mode instead to connect to ffxiv?

yes - full vpn is what i’m using right now temporarily

I can confirm that the IP for the servers has changed and it no longer improves ping to JP servers

Old IP: 124.150.157.158
New IP: 119.252.37.6 to .17

can confirm as well. all nodes not working to JP server.
