Firewall issues?

Hello. I have been getting the same error for the past few days and I’ve searched for a solution but was unable to find any. Even this site (https://docs.mudfish.net/en/docs/mudfish-troubleshooting/errorcodes/) did not show how to solve it. The error ir the following: [212.76] MUDEC_00539: Checking RTT to mudfish nodes are failing. Are you under network firewall? (c 16)

Any ideas how to solve it? Thank you in advance.

Please confirm that How to check the basic functionality works fine in your environment. It’s a first thing you should test.

If you can see that the basic functionality works fine but still you see MUDEC_00539, Please try to change ‘RTT Checking Method’ found at ‘Setup -> Program’ menu.
