For BDO jp server, after you login to your character some times it takes a very long time for you to actually able to do anything (talking to npc, moving your items, attacking moster etc.) Some times it onle take 10 second but sometimes it last for few minutes. I'm pretty sure there's nothing wrong with my internet. Why is this happening? :(
