Free trial credits never showed up. I bought time but cant get it to work

Never got my free trial credits so I decided to purchase some credits and the time isnt ticking down and my packet loss is miserable. Hunt Showdown is the game. Connection status shows mudfish is running.

Item Configuration says:

  • Game Server Location: US West
  • Node Mode: Basic mode
  • Selected Mudfish Node
    • US West (San Jose - Vultr 1)

Sumamry Says: Connection method

  • Item based

Items to apply

  • Hunt: Showdown

Node Mode

  • Basic mode
