FreeStyle 2: Street Basketball connection seems to be pretty since yesterday. can you guys check this out?
Did you try to change a mudfish node based on FAQ - Nodes section for your game item? If you’re using the advanced mode, please start with the basic mode.
Yes! I’m all aware on how the system works, it’s just that these past week server became unstable for Freestyle 2, I usually get 40ms-44ms but now nodes could not produce the same results, I ended up with 52ms-65ms which is kinda high.
Not sure why at this moment. Which mudfish nodes did you use when you get 40 ~ 44 ms in the past?
I get the best results using SG Asia (Singapore - Amazon EC2) node. but lately it’s not giving me a satisfying results. specially now, check out the nodes status it’s all 100 - 200ms ++.
I hope you guys fix this asap
hello mudfish team!
the service became bad to worst now, it’s been 2 days that your service is unusable for FreeStyle 2: Street Basketball. I think I’ll be requesting a refund for my remaining balance if you guys can’t find a solution.
When I checked your configuration, it seems you’re using Full VPN mode. Did you turn off and test it again? And did you check ‘Status -> Nodes’ to see RTT stddev values? I think your ISP has unstable connections when I checked RTT Graphs.
I think I’ll be requesting a refund for my remaining balance if you guys can’t find a solution.
For this case, please check Refund Policy.
like I said I know how this thing works, do you want me to send you a step by step procedure on how I use mudfish or maybe a video if you want to. It’s not my connection, I use 2 different ISP at home 1 100mbps fiber for gaming and 1 50mbps fiber also for back up but all of them give same results of your nodes status being so high. I could send you screenshots all you want coz the last time I checked it’s still beyond playable connection status for mudfish, I’m using different vpn as of now. I’m just sending this to help report a problem but if this is something that you guys can’t fix and just pass the ball back to the customer well I won’t argue anymore. I just feel sorry for the users. 1 whole week with a terrible connection thru mudfish for Freestyle 2. For the refund I don’t want to play smart with you guys you know the regulations, policies can be bent
I have 50ms-55ms without mudfish, I’m using your service to go down up to 40ms. I understand if you can’t fix this.
I see. However as you might guess, it’s not visible where this delay is from with current information you provided. You said you’re using different VPN for this purpose, right? I’m curious that it makes better. I’m not sure you’re familiar with WinMTR or PingPlotter, if then please test it against to 13.250.66.221 IP. I think it’ll show more details about why this happens.
I’m just reporting a problem and asking for solution sir, I’m not here to discuss knowledge about WinMTR or Pingplotter etc, Passing the ball back to the customer won’t resolve this issue.
“You said you’re using different VPN for this purpose, right? I’m curious that it makes better.” - check out VPN called Giamping, I’m currently using their service after mudfish displayed bad results for almost 2 weeks now maybe you can learn something from them.
freestyle 2 ping
mudfish (normal status) - 40-45ms
Giamping - 33-42ms
I’m not promoting their service and I have no intention of doing that. I’m just a customer asking for better service.
I’m still checking mudfish from one in a while to check if service normalized. Keep it up guys!

I know but as you might guess I can’t analyze this issue on my side because I’m on different country and different ISPs. So without providing any information I’m asking, I can’t figure out where your issue is from.

I hopt it’s fixed soon. Thank you for giving me valuable feedbacks.
