I turned on full vpn mode in Setup>Program but my IP didn’t change
Please confirm that How to check the basic functionality works fine in your environment. It’s the first thing you should test.
If it’s still same even with Full VPN mode enabled, please send us Problem Report. I need to check the internal logs.
