Game randomly freezes (Blade & Soul) as if losing connection to server.

Are there any Anti-Virus/Security programs or
firewalls?
Changing the settings seems to have stopped the freezing (at least for the moment hasn’t happened anymore), however my ping to the game has increased significantly (went from 220 to 290-320).
There are no anti virus or firewalls.
Seems that without using fast connect I see not much improvement on my ping ingame.
Please try to turn off FastConnect mode
