If you’re iOS user, at this moment no workaround to overcome this issue. 
I’m currently working on to implement new advanced mode for iOS user. Please check the following links for details why:

EDIT: However is this issue an issue? When I checked RTT graph between Amazon EC2 and Microsoft Azure, RTT is restored from 120 ms to 4 ms. So I think the issue should be fixed now.
