If you’re iOS user, at this moment no workaround to overcome this issue.

EDIT: However is this issue an issue? When I checked RTT graph between Amazon EC2 and Microsoft Azure, RTT is restored from 120 ms to 4 ms. So I think the issue should be fixed now.
