I have setup full vpn through a node but when i try to tracert it, it does not go through that node. Its a bug or intended?

- It's normal. FastConnect mode won't show you the Real-Time RTT by its characteristics. Caveat The FastConnect mode is a kind of application using Varnish https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Varnish_(software)
