If yes and you did everything correctly, then yes you should seek support, if not, then you should, also, I recommend restarting your router and checking the ping each time, because for me, sometimes I get 90+ and sometimes I get that beautiful 51, it varies depending on the route your ISP takes to connect you to he internet.
