Hello! custom VPN to the Lost

Hello! custom VPN to the Lost Ark not working, nodes in advanced settings:JP Tokyo TinMok 3 - KR Asia - Amazon-Lightsail, full VPN OFF.

Only full VPN are working(KR Azure 10).
Fix please?

Don’t use advanced settings, just use basic mode and connect to Azure 10 or 12

But this way i got worse ping! 350+, and with advanced i can go up to 160! Will you turn them on?

Was trying to use custom VPN with nodes:Azure 10 - its working

Was trying to use custom VPN with:
TinMok 3 - KR Asia - Amazon-Lightsail

JP Asia Techorus 1, 2, 3 + ANY
JP Asia Techorus 1,2,3

All of them are not working, any solutions?
I need a better ping, as much as possible, will you fix that? What do i need to do to help you out in this?

where are you playing from?

usually basic mode is better now for most people, sometimes connected with advanced mode and two nodes its worse depending on where you live and most nodes that are not korea may be blocked
