Hello. How do I know if Mudfish is working? There’s a graph at the realtime traffic but the traffic balance is not decreasing even though I’ve played FFXIV for more than half an hour.
:-) It’s a known issue that for two days all users used free service of Mudfish because one of mudfish main servers was down due to router issue. It’s restored yesterday.

Sorry for this belated response. When I checked your payment, it was marked as ‘Paid after timeout’ so I’d topped your mudfish credits manually. Please check and let me know if there’s something wrong.
