While selecting a node, should i select nodes closes to the server or closest to me? i have trouble looking for the best routing (Planetside 2 located in Amsterdam)
Network congestion determined by various causalities. It would gets
increased on night to early morning in general.
Picking a
node that shows near flat graph may considered more consistency.

Plan, it is just
credit-fixed for 1 month but speed
limited as 1
