Hello,

I’ve been attempting to use Mudfish(Version 4.4.6), but the launcher does not appear to be letting me log in. Whenever I put in my details, it redirects me back to the login screen with a “Successfully logged out” notification in the upper right corner of the dashboard. Inputting incorrect details returns a standard “Wrong username or password” error. I’ve tried the following so far to successfully log in:

  • Configuring Windows Firewall to not block the Mudfish Launcher
  • Using the -O and -t options, as outlined in the Firewall Problems page.
  • Running the Mudfish Launcher as an Administrator
  • Using both Firefox and Chrome to browse to the Launcher.

Is there anything else I can try to successfully connect with the Master Server?

Did you try to change your password to simple one too at http://accounts.en.loxch.com/ link? Sometimes it causes this problem. However if it doesn’t be helpful, please send me mudrun_stdout.txt file found at mudfish installation directory to support@loxch.com address. I need to check it.
