Hello Mudfish team. I would just like to ask why Mudfish isn’t working in PUBG? I have changed internet providers lately and the last provider I’ve used - I’ve been getting good ping in PUBG using Mudfish.

Mudfish also shows the in game ping via the Realtime RTT graph. I am getting 38 - 45 ping in the graph but in game I am still getting an avg of 200 - 250ms.

What do you think the problem is? I have tried setting up basic and advanced mode in the nodes but still to no avail.

Any help would be great! Thanks!

Edit: I have tried using Outfox trial to lower my ping and it did the job. I don’t want to use Outfox though as Mudfish has been very solid for me ever since. I just hope we can resolve the issue! Thanks and hoping for your response!

Could you please confirm that it’s also same with Full VPN mode enabled? If it only works with Full VPN mode, it means there’s a problem at mudfish game item. :frowning:

Hi there loxch, as per your advice - it seems that PUBG now has lower ping with Full VPN mode turned on. What seems to be the problem? What can we do to fix it? Thanks!

I am currently testing it on DotA 2 and it seems to work flawlessly. Will try PUBG later and will update you on the results if it works. Thanks for the feedback @loxch.

Hello again loxch, I just tried playing PUBG with Mudfish on. Mudfish reports that I only have around 38 - 40 ms. But in game it’s 240+ still. :frowning: What could be the problem?

Playing DotA 2 with Mudfish on reduces the ping for me. I don’t know why PUBG doesn’t.

Weird… :frowning: With Full VPN mode enabled, you don’t encounter this issue, right?

Yup, with Full VPN mode enabled and set to SG nodes, I don’t experience high ping. :frowning: What do you think could be the problem?

Please send me some game packets using Packet Capture with Mudfish link while playing the game with Full VPN mode.

It looks that there’s still a missed IP block and it requires the game item update.

Hello loxch, I uploaded the packet dump that you asked. It seems to me that SEA servers in PUBG randomly switches from SG and HK servers. I’m not sure if there are any more.

I get 50 - 70 ms ping in SG servers.
While I get 25 - 40 ms in HK servers.

Hope this would be of help to you in diagnosing my problem.
