Well when I said refund I mean the tax not the whole order but I guess you don’t remember me. In any case I will order again please refund just the tax this time.
As for the emu problem, I check the traffic usage in that day ( 01/07) on your website and found that it’s spike to more than 7GB (100+ times than usual) even though I didn’t add any new Item so almost sure my emu go through mud fish without my permission (was download a new game in emu). I will test it later with Full VPN but I suspect it will be the same.

Not sure why at this moment. Because you’re enabled Connect Log feature, I guess you can see details about why ‘Status → Access Log’ when this issue happens again.
