hello there, is there a problem from SG or ID nodes ? seems i keep getting “request time out” every 5/10 secs. my game keep spiking and its hard to play, the ping is fine but it keeps spiking. btw my game is Final Fantasy XIV

음… 혹시 이 게임 서버 북미 서버 맞나요? 제가 확인해 보니 게임 서버 IP 는 167.114.33.122 로 확인이 됩니다만 해당 IP 는 Canada montreal 로 나오고 있습니다. ㅠ.ㅠ 다시 한번 더 확인 부탁드리겠습니다.

예, 서버는 North America라고 되어 있는데 실제 서버는 캐나다에 있는 것으로 알고 있습니다.

음… 그렇다면 게임 아이템의 목적지를 “Canada (Montreal)” 로 잡고 시도를 해보시기 바랍니다. 해당 목적지는 이미 존재하는 것으로 보이네요.
