I have issue… when i try to login in, the following message shows up: Connection Error Failed to connect to the authentication. Would you like to sign in using the bypass feature? and after i press yes/no, there is no response and i click login again the message shows up again and i cannot use the vpn, please help…

Sorry for this inconvenience… Could you please show me the full logs of mudrun_stdout.txt file?
This file is found under the installation directory of mudfish (Normally it’s at C:\Program Files (x86)\Mudfish Cloud VPN\).
I need to check the internal logs to know why. However for your privacy protection,
please leave the log at Private Support.
