I bought some credit balance 6 days ago to play FF 14. And now my balance is $-3! I don’t think I turned on Mudfish while the game was downloading or anything like that. This is actually the 2nd it has happened to me.
First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents. However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
Can I avoid this problem by not using EC2 nodes?
You can’t. This issue isn’t related to mudfish nodes located at Amazon EC2. It’s more related to the game item itself.
